How to use Smoke Flavour

Do not consume directly. Always mix into the preparation following recommendations.

Suggested dilutions:

  • Sauces, marinades and rubs: 1–2 g (20–30 drops) per Kg
  • Hot dishes: add 0.5 g extra during cooking
  • Cocktails and drinks: 0.5 g per litre (around 10 drops)
